Christmas is only a few days away and the end of the year is nigh. At the beginning of the year I started my Blog The Runner not really knowing how long it would last being that writing is not one of my strong points, but I have surprised myself in that I have kept it going the whole year. I would like to mention two persons who have helped me with their regular comments, that is my brother no1broadstreet and the The Blotter they have supported me over the year and I thank them for it. I wish every one a very Merry Christmas and a peaceful and healthy New Year.

Congratulations, good going for a first year. Now lets see you keep it up. You goal will be to enter more posts by the end of 2009. There is always something to write about, no matter how little. It's always good to look back on what happened at the same time the year before.
